Books
Repair, restoration and rebinding
Sometimes books or their covers are just past their best and need repairing or rebinding. Or perhaps you have written a book or have a new book that requires bespoke hand binding.
We can handle all aspects of repair and rebinding. Resewing, paper repair, removal of old tape and old repairs. Rebinding and repair of cloth and leather bindings, as well as lettering or labels to return your books to their original condition.

Periodicals & Magazine binding
Preparation, staple removal, collation and binding
Are you a collector? You may have magazines or pamphlets related to your hobby or interest, are they still in a box in the office?
We can bind these into volumes by month or year, in your choice of cloth, or leather, volumes can be lettered on the spine and/or front showing all information clearly to help find what you need from your library.
Limited Editions
Short run exclusive books and boxes
Are you an artist, photographer, creative professional or enthusiast? We specialise in this area and can create books and or boxes to showcase your work in the best possible style and quality. You may be looking to present your work to clients, produce a limited run of your work to showcase at an exhibition, or for an end of year show. Whatever your needs we can help, we offer a free personal consultation to discuss your work, please come and visit the bindery, we can show you examples of our work and dozens of options for covering materials and papers that may work well for you. If you are unable to visit the bindery don't fret, just give us a call, we work with many clients remotely and can provide the same high level of service.
Photobooks
Hand made to your requirements
This is one of our leading services and we work with some of the best designers and printers in the country so can provide recommendations beyond the binding aspect of your photobook project. We stock over 100 cloth options, dozens of acid free coloured papers as well as patterned and marbled paper. We can also present your photobooks in slipcases or boxes all tied into your design.
We can also produce old fashioned photo albums, with tissue overlays where you can stick in your own photographs, these albums can also be bound in your own unique and personal style.
Boxes & Portfolios
Hand made to order, any size or shape
Please contact us to discuss your needs, this can be a box to hold a book, prints, ephemera, or treasured keepsakes. Our boxes are all hand made to your requirements, and can be covered in cloth or leather and lined with paper, velvet or in fact pretty much any type of material you would like. This can be a great way to preserve old books, protect papers or personal objects, or to present a project.
